A JAZZ HOUSE KiDS instructor, Palermo, who is the band’s director, arranger, and frequent composer, recently told “DownBeat” magazine for a review of their latest release “A Lousy Day in Harlem,” “My thinking is, I’m going to have as much fun as possible, and I’m going to ram that fun down the throat of anyone who comes to my show.” Come hungry--not only is the music tasty, but the Montclair Social Club offers some of the best food and drinks in town.
