Grammy-winning singer, songwriter, and neo-soul artist Bilal is coming to the 2026 MONTCLAIR JAZZ FESTIVAL DOWNTOWN JAMBOREE on Saturday, August 15, bringing one of the most anticipated performances of the summer to downtown Montclair, New Jersey.
